Rich grew up in a real estate family and began selling real estate 20 years ago in Orange County, California. In 1989, Rich graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from California State University-Long Beach. After seven successful years selling real estate, Rich decided to move to the corporate side of real estate.
He built the Career Development and Recruiting Division for a Southern California brokerage that has grew to be one of the Top 10 independent real estate companies in the country. In six years, Rich recruited an unprecedented 3,000 agents for First Team. His successful recruiting systems identified the training needs of the real estate industry for brokers. He developed a coaching program, encompassing recruiting, agent training, profitability and growth.
In 2002, Rich began assisting brokers, owners and managers nationwide by maximizing the potential of their organizations. Rich has advised over 1,000 of the nation’s top brokers and has led over 20,000 coaching sessions.
